Run a guesthouse, cabins or a glamping site?
You can start taking direct bookings from the cheapest Komplet Mini (3 790 PLN).
A website with a booking form is enough for a guest to write to you directly, and you confirm the date manually. On that booking you do not hand Booking a double-digit percentage of every night. Some guests will still come from the portals, so in practice you work on a mixed model: your average commission drops (with a 30% Booking / 70% direct split, from around 18% to around 9%), it does not disappear entirely. Full automation, meaning online bookings with payments and iCal sync, only comes with the Komplet System Operacyjny below, a step later, not a condition to start.
SEPARATE PATH · ESCAPING COMMISSIONS
Mini, Standard and Premium build your presence on Google. This bundle is something different: a complete operational solution for a business escaping the commissions of Booking, Restaumatic or Booksy. Your own booking system with online payments, a company website and Google visibility, at one price.
Payments go through your own Przelewy24 or Stripe account (you are the merchant, no platform commission). I only integrate the gateway with the system, I never handle your money.

If your Komplet does not generate at least 5 new leads (measured in Google Business Profile Insights + GA4) within 30 days of all elements going live, we refund 50% of your payment. No discussion, no hidden conditions.
We measure together: GBP Insights "Tour views", "Phone", "Directions", plus form submissions from GA4. 5 leads is the lower threshold, in real cases it comes to 10-30 leads/mo. For us that is usually no effort at all, for you it is a safe purchase risk.

What Komplet Standard includes
The problem when you buy separately: the website from one person, the tour from another, someone sets up your Google Business Profile their own way, and the SEO does not connect to any of them. Komplet is a set in which all four elements work together from day 1: the website links to the tour, the tour to the Google Business Profile, monthly visibility pulls everything upward. Mini and Premium differ mainly in scale (panels, visibility duration, care), not in philosophy.

After 6 months of Growth you can: a) continue at 699 PLN/mo with no long-term commitment, b) switch to Business Card 299 PLN/mo (GBP only), c) finish and keep the GBP + website with you. No yearly contract.
Yes, hosting and SSL are included for the first year. After that hosting with a domain from 250 PLN/year (.pl) or 300 PLN/year (.com), we help with buying the domain.
Client materials (logo, photos, brief content) are critical for the D0-D5 timeline. If the content is not ready, the schedule extends by the waiting time. We also have an AI copy service (from 490 PLN) if you prefer us to write the content.
Usually after hours (e.g. in the evening for a restaurant, in the morning for a beauty salon). The session takes 1-2h, the client does not have to do anything except let us into the venue. For GDPR industries (medical, clinics) the session is always after consultation hours.

Three typical scenarios where Komplet works:
Delivery process
Day 0 (45-minute brief plus contract): A phone call or an online meeting. 45 minutes, because Komplet is 4 elements, each needing its own brief. Business goals, target customer, materials (what you have ready, what is missing), deadlines, publication plan. Contract plus a 50% deposit.
Days 1-5 (website in production plus GBP in parallel): AI writes the first drafts for 5 pages, you do the editing. I build the full website in Astro: 5 pages, an Astro blog, a sitemap, JSON-LD schema, redirects from old addresses (if you have an old site). In parallel I configure the Google Business Profile: 20+ photos with captions, categories, attributes, hours, FAQ.
Day 6 (360° tour session in your venue): A visit with a full-frame DSLR plus a tripod (usually 1-2h, after working hours for a restaurant, the morning for a beauty salon, after appointments for a clinic). We take 8 panoramas of 50+ HDR photos each. The client does not have to do anything except let me into the venue.
Day 7 (website publication plus tour retouching): The website goes live on your domain. Configuration of 301 redirects from the old site (if there was one). PageSpeed audit, final checks. In parallel, manual retouching of the panoramas (24-48h of work on HDR processing and colour).
Day 10 (tour on Google Maps plus the link on GBP): Publication of the tour via Street View Studio, panoramas visible on Google Maps and Search within 48h. The tour link added directly to the Google Business Profile. The tour embedded on your website in a dedicated section.
